1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information needed to provide and operate VibeZoo, including:

2. HOW DO WE USE INFORMATION?

We use information to authenticate users, deploy and operate user projects, enforce plan limits, process subscription state, send service notices, detect abuse, troubleshoot incidents, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

3. HOW DO WE HANDLE DEPLOYMENT CONTENT AND LOGS?

VibeZoo processes deployment archives, Git metadata, Docker image references, build output, runtime logs, and related operational data only as needed to build, host, monitor, back up, restore, and support deployments. Users are responsible for ensuring that content they deploy complies with law and does not include information they are not permitted to upload or process.

4. HOW DO WE HANDLE BILLING DATA?

Paid plans use Stripe Checkout and Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe may process payment method, billing, tax, and transaction data under Stripe's own privacy policy. VibeZoo stores subscription identifiers, tier state, trial usage, subscription status, and current period data needed to enforce plan access.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP INFORMATION?

For Free users, VibeZoo treats an account as inactive when there has been no login, no deployment operation, and no detected website traffic. If a Free account is inactive for 14 days, VibeZoo may stop its containers and sends an email notice 3 days before stopping. If inactivity reaches 9 months, VibeZoo may delete deployments and related deployment data and sends an email notice 7 days before deletion.

Backups, logs, audit records, and billing records may be retained for a reasonable period when needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, compliance, or operational recovery.

6. WHEN DO WE SHARE INFORMATION?

We share information only when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect VibeZoo and users, or complete a business transaction. Service providers may include infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, analytics or monitoring tools, OAuth providers, and Stripe for billing.

7. DO WE USE COOKIES?

VibeZoo uses cookies or similar storage for login sessions, authentication, language preference, and security. Users can control cookies through browser settings, but disabling required cookies may prevent login or normal service use.

8. HOW DO WE PROTECT INFORMATION?

We use technical and organizational safeguards such as authentication controls, encrypted secrets, access controls, audit logging, resource limits, and operational monitoring. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect their account credentials and API tokens.

9. WHAT ARE YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS?

You may request access, correction, export, deletion, or other handling of your personal information by contacting [email protected]. Some data may be retained when required for legal, billing, security, abuse prevention, backup, or operational reasons.

10. HOW DO WE UPDATE THIS POLICY?

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be identified by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of VibeZoo after a posted update means the updated policy applies.
