1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using VibeZoo, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any policies linked from the service, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using VibeZoo.

2. OUR SERVICES

VibeZoo provides deployment tools for publishing projects from supported sources such as Zip uploads, Git repositories, and Docker images, depending on the user's plan. VibeZoo may build, run, route, monitor, back up, restore, and stop deployments as needed to provide the service.

3. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login sessions, personal access tokens, API keys, and connected OAuth accounts. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by VibeZoo's own systems.

4. PLANS, QUOTAS, AND DEPLOYMENT METHODS

VibeZoo may enforce limits by plan, including saved deployment counts, active deployment counts, resource limits, supported deployment methods, and other operational limits. Current public plan surfaces describe deployment source support as follows: Free supports Zip, Pro supports Zip and Git, and Max supports Zip, Git, and Image deployments.

If your saved deployments exceed your current plan limit, VibeZoo may block starting, redeploying, or restoring deployments until you delete extra deployments or upgrade again.

5. BILLING AND SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Paid subscriptions are not refunded after cancellation. Access to the paid plan continues until the end of the current billing period. After the period ends, the account is downgraded to Free, all deployments are stopped, and saved deployments that exceed the Free quota remain stored but cannot be started, redeployed, or restored until the user deletes extra deployments or upgrades again.

6. FREE ACCOUNT INACTIVITY

For Free users, VibeZoo treats the account as inactive when there has been no login, no deployment operation, and no detected website traffic. If a Free account is inactive for 14 days, VibeZoo may automatically stop its containers and sends an email notice 3 days before stopping. If inactivity reaches 9 months, VibeZoo may delete the account's deployments and related deployment data and sends an email notice 7 days before deletion.

7. USER CONTENT AND DEPLOYMENTS

You retain responsibility for the projects, files, images, source code, configuration, data, and other content you deploy through VibeZoo. You must have the rights needed to upload, build, run, and publish that content. You are responsible for ensuring that deployed content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

8. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use VibeZoo to host malware, phishing pages, illegal content, abusive traffic, spam, credential harvesting, unauthorized network scanning, cryptomining, or activity that disrupts the service or other users. VibeZoo may stop, suspend, or delete deployments that violate these terms or create operational risk.

If deployed content raises security or fraud concerns, VibeZoo administrators reserve the right to suspend the affected application in order to investigate, and to further remove harmful content. Where reasonably possible we will notify the account owner, but we may act immediately and without prior notice when there is a risk to other users, the platform, or third parties.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

VibeZoo is provided on an operational best-effort basis. We may modify, interrupt, throttle, stop, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, resource protection, or reliability reasons.

10. DATA, BACKUPS, AND SUPPORT

VibeZoo may create logs, metrics, audit records, version history, backups, and support bundles to operate and support deployments. Users should maintain their own backups for important data. VibeZoo support can be contacted at [email protected].

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be identified by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of VibeZoo after a posted update means the updated terms apply.
